Genghis Con November 28th-preparing for the show-found some stuff that may or may not make it I haven't decided yet-but there will be 48 pages of Days of Bewilderment under one cover.

On November 28th I will be part of Genghis Con (see link on the right, under well..Links). I plan to have the first two chapters of Days of Bewilderment under one hood, with and wish me luck now, a color cover or something that is unique(I hope). I also plan to reprint some old Tasty Treats and perhaps an appearance of Dr. Tobor comics. The show is being put on by Astound! Comics and John G.(see links again) and I am really looking forward to it.

The above scenario pretty much played out like that for me on New Years Day from 5:00 am to about 7:30 am when I was finally taken back to a ER triage (this was not the result of drinking, but a kidney stone, that at this point and time still enjoys my body as it's playground). The "who are you" and lost paperwork did happen and though what Tombs said, is the first thing that popped into my head, cooler heads prevailed. The best part is that the whole situation fit right into the scheme of the story, ya can't ask for anything better than that (well actually you could).

Yeah the back cover may seem familiar to anyone that's been reading this, but I like that guy and pretty much sums up how I feel about the new year.

I'm not one to usually do this but I would be remiss if I did not mention the passing of Forrest J Ackerman creator of Famous Monsters of Filmland. One of the more important magazines from my youth that warped this brain. Thanks.

Not counting the primer I made we are officially one year old now-Thanks if you've been reading and plan to continue to read.

A word on Tombs-he is based on a guy I worked with who it always seemed to me was taking something, smoking something, or drinking something-often he would go off on tangents about god knows what and like Stewart, I could never really figure him out except that he was a true to life raving lunatic that somehow managed to function in society and was allowed to drive a car.
